This collaborative service, distinct from purely legal review, focusses on job evaluation. We work directly alongside the client’s HR or dedicated Job Evaluation consultants to ensure that developed pay structures and criteria for pay progression are legally sound, objective, and gender-neutral. This aligns with the foundational principles of relevant directives.
We have an established collaboration with Mdina Partners, but we are fully flexible and happy to work effectively with your chosen consultants as well.
