Founder & Lead Advocate
Dr Roselyn Borg
Roselyn is a dual-qualified lawyer and employment law specialist with more than 20 years’ experience advising employers, senior executives and employees in Malta and the United Kingdom.
Her practice focuses on strategic employment law advice, workplace disputes, executive exits, employment documentation, disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancies, restructuring, and Industrial Tribunal proceedings. She is regularly instructed by corporate clients operating in regulated and high-pressure sectors, including gaming, financial services and aviation, and also advises C-level employees on sensitive employment matters.
Roselyn began her career with the Malta Employers Association after graduating from the University of Malta. She later moved to the United Kingdom, where she obtained an LLM in Employment Law in Context from De Montfort University, Leicester, and worked with UK law firms before establishing her own specialist employment law practice in Kent in 2009.
After returning to Malta in 2012, Roselyn founded her boutique firm, dedicated to focused, practical and commercially aware employment law advice. Her cross-border experience allows her to combine technical legal analysis with a clear understanding of workplace realities, business risk and dispute strategy.
She also has extensive experience delivering employment law training to management teams, HR professionals and organisations requiring clear, legally accurate guidance on workplace obligations and risk management.

Dr Patrick Farrugia
Dr Patrick Farrugia is an advocate whose practice is centred on employment law, Industrial Tribunal proceedings, workplace documentation and employment-related advisory work.
He advises both employers and employees on employment contracts, workplace policies, disciplinary and termination matters, and disputes before the Industrial Tribunal. His work combines legal drafting, case preparation and practical advice aimed at helping clients understand their position and manage employment risk effectively.
Patrick joined the firm during the final stages of his university studies and has since developed substantial hands-on experience in employment law litigation and advisory work. He works closely with Dr Roselyn Borg on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including Tribunal proceedings, contract and policy drafting, and tailored client training.
