Are you looking to deepen your understanding of employment law in Malta? We are excited to introduce our upcoming course, Fundamentals of Employment Law: Next Level Up, designed to serve as a follow-up to our successful 3-webinar course, Fundamentals of Employment Law, held earlier this year.
Through this Next-Level series, we are intent on equipping you with essential knowledge and a deeper understanding of specific employment law topics within a grounded and practical learning environment. So what will we cover?
-
Employment Courts in Malta Gain a comprehensive understanding of the various courts that handle employment cases in Malta, and learn about court actions and injunctions. We will also explore real-life case studies to see how the law is applied in practice within these courts.
-
Restructuring & Collective Redundancies: We'll help you navigate the complexities of restructuring and collective redundancies. This webinar will guide you through legal obligations, best practices, and how to handle these sensitive situations with confidence.
-
Staff Handbook, Policies & Procedures: Ensure your organisation's policies and procedures align with legal requirements. Learn how to create and maintain a robust staff handbook that serves both the employer's and employees' interests.
Equip yourself with practical legal knowledge to handle employment-related matters, wherein Roselyn and Patrick will delve into practical applications based on their vast experience in these fields. We also always encourage you to engage in discussions to bring the theory to life.
Don't miss this opportunity to empower yourself and build further upon what you've learnt in our first Fundamentals webinar series! Or, if this is your first time attending our Fundamentals courses, go ahead and take the plunge! If there’s one thing that the pandemic has taught us, it’s that so much can be done online. Gone are the days of sitting in agonisingly endless traffic jams and wasting hours upon hours travelling from one location to another to attend meetings or training sessions. The world of online video links has opened up so many opportunities for professionals, allowing us to streamline our obligations throughout our working day in an efficient manner, further helping us to balance our work and personal lives against each other.
Are you looking for a quick and effective way to learn about the latest trends and best practices in employment and HR? Join our 95 Minute Webinars, where we cover a variety of topics in a short and engaging format. You will gain valuable insights from our experts and interact with other professionals in the field. Don't miss this opportunity to boost your knowledge and skills in just 95 minutes!
Training, which has always been a core unit of our business model, has also taken a spin on the online roulette. Feedback consistently shows that the trends among attendees is that preference is given to online training sessions, rather than physical ones. So we’re making sure that you get just what you ask for.
But we’re not just stopping there. We have also recognised that lengthy online training sessions become harder and harder to follow as the minutes tick by, and it’s no secret that most persons tend to switch to emails a short while into a never-ending session, ending up losing the essence of the training session itself.
We realised that switching to online training cannot be a simple matter of doing what we used to do physically from behind the computer screen. We’ve adapted to the reality of this new method of delivery, and have therefore opted to offer you shorter training sessions directly aimed at specifically enticing topics, to ensure that you receive an adequate insight into insightful subjects within a reasonable time – 59 minutes in fact – without a dooming sense of lethargy kicking in before introductions would barely have concluded.

That said, this does not mean that we’ll never have the opportunity to meet up at physical training events and conferences again. So stay tuned, get in touch, and keep updated with our training and events.
