For decades, HR has been taught to see the 'Employee'—a persona that begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM. But the reality is that the person sitting in that chair is never just an employee.
They are a parent in a custody battle; they are a dreamer saving for a first home; they are a caregiver for an aging parent; they are an individual fighting the quiet weight of financial anxiety. Some, sitting in a different chair are also the “rotten apples”.
HR does not exist in isolation because humans do not exist in isolation.
The Nexus Conference will empower you to look beyond the desk so that you can support the high-performers and legally exit the underperformers. We provide the tools to foster a culture of resilience while maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for those who treat your 'duty of care' as an opportunity for exploitation.
