For decades, gender equality has cemented itself as one of the most commonly used workplace buzzword. Accordingly, significant strides have been made in that regard to ensure that both genders are brought onto equal terms, ensuring a level playing field for all participants. Whilst there are still many lengths to tread on the road to complete equality, the advances made in recent years certainly cannot be ignored.

 

The main campaign theme for International Women’s Day for 2023 goes a step further. #EmbracingEquity celebrates the fact that men and women are inherently different in certain respects, but it is up to society to guarantee that these differences are not a cause of women being kept back from advancing in workforce and career platforms.
