HR Dilemmas – Let us handle them!

Join us for an engaging webinar where we delve into some of the most pressing HR dilemmas facing modern workplaces. From navigating the proper handling of difficult characters to re-evaluating the necessity of traditional workplace structures, Dr Roselyn Borg and Dr Patrick Farrugia will offer insights and strategies to address these challenges head-on.

Topics for discussion include:

  1. Top Performer, Terrible Person - How to Handle: Some employees are the best in the business, yet cannot seem to get on with anyone, or worse. What can we do about these issues? Should we even rock the boat?

  2. Age Gaps at Work – Why are we talking about it?: Exploring the dynamics of age diversity in the workplace and strategies for fostering inclusivity and collaboration across generational lines.

  3. Technology Use – should HR Minimise it?: Balancing the benefits of technology in enhancing productivity with the potential risks to employee well-being and privacy.

  4. Gender Neutral Toilets (and other toilet dilemmas!) – Are we obliged?: Evaluating the legal and ethical considerations surrounding gender-neutral restroom accommodations and promoting inclusivity for all employees.

  5. 4-Day Week – Yes or No?: Examining the feasibility and potential benefits of transitioning to a shorter workweek and its impact on employee satisfaction and organizational productivity.

Webinar will be delivered via Zoom.
