Industrial Tribunal Workshop

Ten Yards Legal's Industrial Tribunal Workshop will provide a holistic understanding of tribunal procedures with a hands-on approach of all the steps which follow once a claim is lodged. A case-study will be presented and participants will be provided with the necessary documents which relate to the proceedings themselves, including the claimant’s declaration, the respondent’s reply, and much more.

Throughout this informative session, which will be held through an immersive board-room style setting, participants will be guided through:

  • The importance of evidence and guidance on preparation

  • Introduction to a case study for practical application

  • Examination of a claimant's declaration of case and the respondent's reply

  • Discussion on witness preparation, including the use of affidavits and witness statements

  • Illustration of cross-examination dynamics through examples based on provided witness statements

  • Clarification on final outcomes, including submission process, tribunal decisions, and avenues for appeal

This half-day workshop will be held on the 21 May 2025 at the Chamber of Advocates' Boardroom at the Valletta Law Courts. Attendance fee is €153.40 (incl. VAT), which also includes a complimentary coffee break and lunch.

Places are very limited, so make sure that you book your spot to join our workshop soon!
